The following modules have the ability to add attachments.
- Client
- Fleet Asset Owner
- Fleet Asset
- Driver
Attachment types can be added to a single or multiple modules.
To add a new attachment type follow these steps.
- Select the “Division” icon from the left menu.
- Select "Attachment Types" from the compliance section
- Select the "Add New Attachment type" button from the top right
- Enter the Identifier and description for the new Attachment type
- Select the modules that are applicable
- Once details have been entered the confirm bottom will become active
- Select "Confirm" to save
The attachment will then be available within the modules selected within "Attachments"
