Step 1
Go to the Client Administration screen by clicking the following icon in the top left corner.
or using the keyboard (Alt + C)

Select the appropriate client using the search function.

Once the client has been selected, select “Client Service Rates” from the Rate Details section.
Step 4
In the Client Service Rates section select an existing group by selecting "Open Group" or if there are no existing groups select “Create New Group” button in the top right corner.
Select "Add New Rate" button to create new rates
Select the Service Type you would like to assign a Zone Rate for (e.g. 1 Tonne, 2 Tonne, 12 Tonne, Semi-Trailer, etc.).
• Once service types have been selected, select the "Apply" button.
• To Add additional zones, click the "+" within the required vehicle type.
There are 4 fields for each Zone rate : Service / Zone Name, Rate ($), Pickup Flag Fall ($) & Dropoff Flag Fall ($)
Note: The Pickup Flag Fall and Drop Off Flag Fall should be left as Zero if the user would like the Zone Rate to apply to each stop. If the user would like there to be an initial Zone Rate applied and then for each drop in the same zone to have a flag fall rate (usually at a lesser rate) then they would fill in the flag fall fields.
- Note: The user has the choice to apply Fuel Levy to this rate. If the user chooses not to, then no Fuel Levy will be applied.
- Once all information has been entered on the “Zone Rate” Click the “Tick” to save
Step 5
Once all rate information has been entered click the “Save New Rates” button
