Default Load and Unload durations can be set at a division level and at a per client level.
How to set Division Default Load & Unload durations
Step 1
Go to the Division screen by clicking the following icon from the vertical menu on the left.
Step 2
Select “Default Load Durations” menu option under “Operations and Jobs”.
Step 3
Select the "Edit" button in the top left corner
Step 4
Update the default Pickup and drop off load durations and then select the "Save" button in the top right
How to set Client Default Load & Unload Durations
Step 1
Go to the Client Administration screen by clicking the following icon in the top left corner.
Step 2
Select the appropriate client using the search function.
Step 3
Once the client has been selected, select “Operational Information” from the Operations section
Step 4
Select the "Edit" button in the top right corner
Step 5
Update the default Pickup and drop off load durations and then select the "Save" button in the top right
