Note: Adding Common Addresses via the “Client Details” Screen only able to be performed by Head Office, other users can add “Common addresses” via the Booking Screen

Step 1
Go to the Client Administration screen by clicking the following icon in the top left corner.
Step 2
Select the client you would like to add a Common Address by using the search function.
Step 3
Select “Common Addresses” section of the Client Details within the “Contact Info” Section
- Click “Create New” Button in the top right corner of the screen to add a new Common address.
- Required Fields for “Common Addresses”

- Location Name – This is the name that the Common Address will have when selecting from the Common Address List
- Search for an Address – The user can search for the address from a database of government listed addresses.
- Default Dispatch Address – if this is set to yes, then pickups will automatically select this common address when booking a job.
NOTE: This is only available if another address is not already selected as the default

- Standby Rates Apply – if this is set to yes, then Standby Rates will apply on timed jobs for when the driver is on site at this location.
- Demurrage Rates Apply – if this is set to yes, then Demurrage Rates will apply on jobs for when the driver is on site at this location.
- Associated Contacts with this address – The user is required to select a company contact that was created with a Site Contact Role.
- If the user gets a message of “No contact available. Please add a Company Contact with the role of ‘Site Contact”.
- A new company contact needs to be added with the role of “Site Contact” or update an existing Company contact to have the role of “Site Contact”.
- Once the Company contact has a role of “Site Contact” it will appear as an option to be selected in the Associated Contacts of the common address
Step 4
Once all the details have been entered the “Save” button is selected.
Step 5
The below is how the Common Addresses section will appear once a Common Address has been successfully added.
- Existing common addresses Can be Selected to edit.
Step 6
The above steps are repeated until all the relevant Common Addresses have been added.
