In the event that a driver is unable to complete a job using the GoDesta Driver app on their mobile device, but they are able to give fleet controllers the arrive and depart times for each stop and POD images.
Step 1
Open the “Operations Dashboard” screen by clicking on the following icon from the vertical menu on the left.
Step 2
Select the job that you would like to complete.
- This may be done through the Job List in the top section.
- or by selecting the Fleet Asset that is completing the job.
Step 3
- Select "View Job Details"
Step 4
- Select "Status Management" from the job details menu
Step 5
- Select the three vertical dots beside "Allocated"
- Select "Mark Job as Accepted"

Select the three vertical dots beside "Accepted"
- Select "Mark Job as Started"
- Select the "Edit" button
- Enable each Arrive / Depart to enter date and time.
- Once the first stop has been entered this will populate the date and time to the next stop item when the next item is enabled
- Update all the arrive and depart items for each stop.
- Select the "Save Changes" button
- Select the three vertical dots beside "in Progress"
- Select "Mark Job as Complete"
- Select "Job Pricing" from the Job details menu to price the job.
