Step 1
Open the “Operations Dashboard” screen by clicking on the following icon from the vertical menu on the left.
Step 2
Select the job that you would like to edit.
- This may be done through the Job List in the top section.
- or by selecting the Fleet Asset that is completing the job.
Step 3
Press the Edit button that becomes available when the job is selected. This will open the job in the Booking Screen.
Step 4
Select the "Reorder Legs" option in the top right of the Booking Screen.
This will display the legs on the job with a map showing the Job route based on the order of the stops.
- The map will update as the stops are re-ordered.
- Green indicates a pickup
- Red indicated a delivery
The stops can be reordered however the delivery stops can not be put in front of the initial pickup.
After a stop has been moved from its original position an "information" icon will display its original position until the changes are confirmed by using the "Confirm button" or changes are canceled by using the "Cancel" button.
After changing the order of the stops the stops can be returned to their original position by using the "Restore to Original" button
After all changes have been made the Save Job button needs to be selected to apply the changes to the job.
