Step 1
Open the “Operations Dashboard” screen by clicking on the following icon from the vertical menu on the left.
Step 2
Select the job that you would like to edit.
- This may be done through the Job List in the top section.
- or by selecting the Fleet Asset that is completing the job.
Step 3
Press the Edit button that becomes available when the job is selected. This will open the job in the Booking menu.
Step 4
The user can then make changes to the following overall job details:
- Client Contact that booked the job
- Required equipment for the job.
- Job Reference
- Select the "edit" icon to edit the Key Information of the job.
- Once changes have been made select the "Apply Changes" Button
Step 5
The user can then add additional legs by clicking the Add Pickup or Add Delivery buttons.
Note: Refer to the "Book a New Job" article for detailed instructions on adding pickup and drop off details.
- If the user would like to make changes to a specific Pickup or Delivery, the user selects the "Edit" button on the corresponding Pickup or Delivery.
- Refer to the "Book a New Job" Article for detailed instructions on the available fields.
- If the user would like to cancel the changes made to the stop, the user presses the CANCEL button at the bottom. The user will lose all the changes made and will be unable to restore those changes.
- If the user would like to save the changes to the leg, the user presses the UPDATE LEG button at the bottom. This will save the changes to the leg.
- If the user would like to convert the leg from a Delivery to a Pickup the user presses the CONVERT TO PICKUP button. This will change the leg to a pickup.
- If the user wants to convert a pickup to a delivery this can be done unless the leg is the first pickup. This can be done by presses the CONVERT TO DELIVERY button.
- If the user would like to DELETE the leg, the user presses the DELETE button at the bottom. This will DELETE the leg and all the details of the leg will be removed from the job. NOTE: If the user saves the job, the details of this leg will NOT be recoverable. The DELETE button will then prompt a popup that ensures that the user CONFIRMS that they want to delete the leg. Note: If a driver has ARRIVED at a leg, the DELETE button will not be available as the leg is considered in progress.
- Once the user is happy with all the changes made to the job, they MUST press SAVE JOB in the top right of the screen.
- If the user would like to CANCEL the changes made to the job, they can press the CANCEL button in the top left of the screen. This WILL NOT cancel the job, but all changes made by the user WILL BE LOST.
