To book a job go to the “Job booking” screen by clicking the following icon from the vertical menu on the left.
or use the Keyboard Shortcut - (Alt + B)
- Select Client - After client is selected option to select "Client Dispatcher" will become available

Client Dispatcher - Select the Dispatcher from the drop down list
- If the Dispatch person is not listed select the "+" icon
- Creation of an "Adhoc Dispatcher" only a first name is required
- Select "Create Adhoc Dispatcher" button

Job Requirements
- Select Date job is to be booked for
- Disable "ASAP" to select a specific time
- Required Equipment
- From the drop down list select required equipment (when applicable)

Job References
- From the drop down list select the reference type
- Enter the reference in the corresponding field
- Use the "Add Reference" button to add additional reference fields.
When booking a reoccurring job select "Add Permanent Job Details"

When booking a regular job select "Add Job Delivery Information" button
Select "Add Pickup"
Enter Business / Site Name
- If a common address for this site has been created it will be displayed in the drop down menu

- Address - Select the three vertical dots
Address Search
- Suburb Search (if the user only wants to enter a suburb), however it is recommended for data integrity purposes that the user enter a full address.
- Full Address – this uses a database of all addresses listed in Australia based on government information.
Pickup Site Contact
Pickup Site Contact - Select the Pickup Site Contact from the drop down list
- If the Pickup Site Contact person is not listed in the drop down list select the "plus" button to add an adhoc site contact.
- Creation of an "Adhoc Site Contact" only a name is required
- Select "Create Adhoc Site Contact" button
Delivery Information
- Location Name – this is usually the name of the business at the location.
- Delivery Site Contact – Select a site contact from the drop down list (follow process above to add an adhoc site contact)
Pickup References
- From the drop down list select the reference type
- Enter the reference in the corresponding field
- Use the "Add Reference" button to add additional reference fields.
Notes
- Select the "Add Notes" button
- The "Visible To" Drop down will determine where the note will be visible
- Once the Note has been added select "Add Note" button
Note: The note will always be visible to to "Operations"
Manifest Items
- Select "Add Manifest Item" Button to add information about individual items
- Enter details about each item then select the "Save" icon
Booking Time
- By default Booking time will be ASAP - Selecting ASAP to off will display option to select date and time
- Load duration will be set to the client default Load duration
Overall Payload Dimensions
This is a section for the user to enter the Length, Height, Width & Weight of the goods being picked up or delivered. This information is important for the user to enter if it is to be reported on at a later date.

Select "Update Leg" button
Add an additional Leg
- Select to add an additional Pickup or a Delivery
Add Delivery
Manifest Items
- Items added to pickup will be able to be selected for delivery legs
- Select items from drop down or select "Add All Manifest Items"
Pricing
Select "Edit" icon to add pricing options to the job.
Pricing Options ( Refer to articles for more details of each pricing option)
- Time Rates - "Pricing a Time Rate Job"
- Zone Rates - "Pricing a Zone Rate Job"
- Unit Rates - "Pricing a Unit Rate Job"
- Quoted Rates - "Pricing a Quoted Rate Job"
Note: A Job can only be saved as a quote or booked once pricing has been added.
