Scenario:
Driver is restarting their App.
Note:
Each time a driver force closes their app and then re-opens the app a notification will be sent to driver messages indicating the number of times the driver has restarted their app for the day
Loss of connection / coverage will not trigger an app restart notification.

Steps to follow after getting an app restart Notification
Is the driver currently on a Job?
If the driver currently has a Job in progress
Checking Job Events
- Select the "View Job Details" button
- Select summary - check which stop the driver currently at
- Check the arrive depart times on the stop and compare with the time that the app was restarted.
- Select "Status History"
- Check for Status History updates that have been manually updated
- Select Job Route
- Compare the Listed Stops and travel with the GPS points on the map
- Does the GPS tracking match with the Stop
- Does the GPS Tracking match with the travel
Checking Driver Events
To get a breakdown of the Online / offline status of the driver
- Select the "View" icon on the driver list within the Dashboard
- Select "Mobile App Status History"
- The driver closing the app then straight away restarting the app is most likely just human error.
- When there is a gap of more than 10 - 15 mins this could indicate deliberate action being taken my the driver to prevent GPS tracking.
Check Driver GPS History
- Select "GPS History"
- The Straight indicates a gap in GPS tracking
Check Device Snapshot History
- Select Device Snapshot History
Note: Start of Day process includes a Device Snapshot. Therefore the 1st snapshot listed will say App Restarts today: 0
- Select "Request Current Snapshot" to get the most current device snapshot
- App restarts now showing the current number of restarts for today
