Step 1
Once a job has been assigned equipment (Refer to – “Allocating Equipment Hire to Jobs”) and completed by the driver, the user will then be able to price the job by going to the Job Pricing tab of the Job Details Screen.
Step 2
The user can then scroll down on this page to see how the Job Margin is impacted by the Equipment Hire on the job.
Step 3
Once the job has been “Marked as Reviewed”, the user can see the Accounting Totals for the job.
It should be noted that the Equipment Hire rates on the job are estimates only to provide the user with a better understanding of actual costs on the job.
The Equipment Hire Margin section indicates what the Margin on the job MAY be if the cost of the equipment hire was included in the cost of doing the job.
