Scenario:
The Driver has a load onboard however due to multiple delays they are not able to deliver the goods due to fatigue management restrictions.
The Job needs to be converted to a preload job and the goods will be delivered the following morning.
Step 1
- Select the three vertical dots on the job details screen
- Select "Edit Job Details"
- Select "Add Delivery" button
- Select the Three Vertical Dots on the top right of the Address Search section
- Select "Add Final Preload Stop"
- Remove the stops that were not able to be completed and save the job
- Select "Edit" Button
- Select "Delete Stop" button in the top right
- Select "Confirm" button to remove the stop
- Select "Save Job" Button once all necessary stops have been removed
Step 2
- Using the prompt after saving the previous job select "Book Follow on Job"
- Add in the delivery legs that were removed from previous job using the "Add Delivery" button
Note:
- Follow on Job is booked for the following Day
- Preload load Job and follow on Job will be linked
- Pricing information will automatically be added on to follow on Job
- Driver allocation details will be automatically added onto follow on job and will be pre allocated to driver.
