Scenario:
The customer would like their goods picked up in the afternoon and delivered 1st thing the next morning.
Step 1
- Book a job for the customer with the pickup address of the goods and all other relevant details.
- Select "Add Delivery"
- Select the Three Vertical Dots on the top right of the address Search section
- Select "Add Final Preload Stop"
- Select "Save this Delivery" button
- Complete Pricing as per standard Job pricing process
- Select "Book Job" Button
- Select "Return to Dashboard" button
Step 2
- Open Preload Job from the dashboard
- Select "View Job Details"
- Select the Three Vertical Dots
- Select "Book Follow-on Job (Preload)"

- Select tick box confirming "you are about to book a follow on job for this pre loaded Job" then select the "Confirm and Book" button
Note:
The Job is booked in for the following day and is linked to the preload job
- Pricing details are automatically added to the job from the original preload job.
- Delivery details are added to the job following the standard Job booking process
- Select "Save Job" button
