The following process should only be followed if the driver or Operations team believe that the drivers app has not got all of the relevant information required in order to complete their work. This usually only has to happen if data has been manually updated and has not been sent to the driver app.
To refresh your jobs on the GoDesta Driver app in case there has been an issue with sending or receiving job details, the driver needs to perform the following steps on their app:
Step 1)
Navigate to the Schedule tab on the App. This is the screen where all of the drivers pick-ups and deliveries are listed for the current day.
Step 2)
Click on the Schedule menu which is in the Blue Bar. On this menu, the driver should then click 'Refresh Jobs'.
Step 3)
The driver is then presented with a confirmation dialogue. The driver should then click 'Refresh' to get any updated information.
The drivers allocated work details and jobs should now all be synchronised with the Operations team.
