The following article provides instructions to drivers to reset app data on their device in the case that something is not responding in the way it is meant to.
Step 1) The driver must be logged into their user account and has selected a vehicle. They will need to be on the following screen:
Step 2) The driver then needs to navigate to the Main Menu (which is the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner) and select 'Device Settings'.
Step 3) Select ‘Reset all app data’ – this will clear the app of any unnecessary data. Please ensure that all photos, signatures and other proof of delivery information has already been sent.
Step 4) When the user next logs in, they will be able to select the correct vehicle and log into it
