Step 1
In the Vertical Menu on the Left of the screen, select the “Job Search” icon.
Step 2
A Job Search screen will appear. This allows the user to run a query on the job search screen with the below parameters:
- Job Details Parameter– this gives the option to search by:

- Clients
- Vehicles
- Reference
- Customer Name
- Suburb
- Date

- Job Progress Parameter– this gives the option to search by:
-
- Job Status
- Date that the job was performed (between a start date and end date)

- Job Number Parameter– this gives the option to search by:
-
- Job ID
- Date that the job was performed (between a start date and end date)

Step 3
The user enters in the various parameters and then presses the “Run Query” button. This will return the jobs that meet the criteria.
Step 4
Once search results are available, the user can then order them by the different columns.
Step 5
When a user clicks on one of the jobs, it will open the Job Details Screen which is a Read Only Version of the Job details Screen that is available in the Operations Dashboard.
Note: The Job Search version of the Job Details is Read Only to ensure that users are using the Operations Dashboard to make appropriate changes to jobs (allocation, pricing, etc.)
