Step 1
Go to the Fleet Administration Screen by click the following icon in the top left corner.
Step 2
Then select “Create New Fleet Asset Owner” by clicking on the 3 vertical dops in the top right corner then select “Create Fleet Asset Owner”.

After clicking “Create New Fleet Asset Owner” The following mandatory fields in Company Details section listed under Owner Info needs to be completed before being able to progress.
Step 4
Select “Equipment Hire” from the dropdown menu for “Affiliation”.
- Selecting “Equipment Hire” will provide the ability of adding trailers and remove other options not needed for equipment hire.
- From the side menu select “Trailers” from the “Assets and Drivers” section
- Select the “Create New Asset” button in the top right corner
Step 5
The user should then fill in the required information for the Trailer Fleet Asset and press the save button in the top right corner.
Step 6
The user can then add a contract to the Fleet Asset by selecting “Manage Hire Contract” located under the “Contract” section of the fleet asset menu.
Step 7
The user click the “Create New Contract” located in the top right of the contract screen.
Step 8
The user is then prompted to enter information about the Equipment Hire contract.
Note that key fields required are:
- Document Number
- Contract Number
- Hire per day Rate.
- Contract Valid From
- Contract Valid To
- Allowed Travel Distance (KM)
- Allowed Distance Per – Day, Week, Fortnight, Month
- Excess Fee per KM
- Damage Waiver Rate
- Waiver Rate Type ( $ or %)
- Excess Fee
- Admin Fee Rate
- Admin Fee Rate Type ( $ or %)
- Job Rate & Job Rate Multiplier
- Contract Status
Step 9
Once the contract has been set up, the user presses the “Save Contract” button located in the top right corner to associate the Contract with the Fleet Asset.
