To perform a password reset please follow these steps;
- On the login screen select "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address or mobile number
- Verify by SMS
- Select to get an SMS notification with link to be able to proceed to the next step of the password reset process.
- I cannot access my mobile or email
- Use this option when you do not have access to your email account or mobile. This will use your security questions and a number of other submissions to be able to confirm identity to be able to reset password.
