The driver is able to initiate a password reset from the login screen of the driver app.
- Select "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select the "Send Reset Instructions" button

- Select the "Click here" link to proceed to Password reset.
- Enter a new password and confirm new password
- Select the "Set Password" button
Password Reset from User Portal
The Process for resetting a password when done via the user portal login page is slightly different.

- Select "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email or mobile number associated with your account.
- Accept the default option of verify by SMS and select the "Proceed" button
A notification will be briefly displayed
