Scenario: The dispatcher who has booked a job would like to create a consignment note for each pallet / Carton that is being picked up for delivery.

Dashboard
From the Client Portal Dashboard select the Job that the consignment note is to be created for.
Query Jobs
The Job can also be selected using the "Query Jobs" function
- Select the "Search Job" button after the Parameters of the query have been selected
- Select the Job from the search results
- From the top right select "Download Consignment Note"
- By Default included stops will be set "Entire Job"
- From the Drop Down list select "Only Deliveries"
Items at each stop
- Update the number of items at each stop
- Select "Download" button after all item numbers have been entered
- A PDF file will be created and available for download with details for each stop.
- Each Delivery will have the job number followed by "-D#" then the number of delivery it is.
